How are download limits calculated?
Each standard 4K clip counts as one download. 8K RAW, ProRes 4444, and multi-camera sync bundles count as two. Limits reset on your billing anniversary.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Switching to annual applies a prorated credit to your next invoice. Downgrading mid-cycle adjusts your download cap immediately.
What happens when I exceed my monthly downloads?
You can purchase overflow credits at $1.50 per download, or upgrade your tier. We will never cut off active downloads mid-render
